Narayan Gopal


full name Narayan Gopal Guruwacharya  in Nepali नारायण गोपाल गुरूवाचार्य, Narayan Gopal was born on October 4, 1939 and died on December 5, 1990. Narayan Gopal  was  one of a composer and prominent popular singer in the field of Nepali music .

Narayan Gopal  has been referred to as "Emperor of voice" in Nepali music.  Narayan Gopal  was also known as "Tragedy King." Gopal's voice range allowed him to sing songs of every genre of Nepalese music.Even  with the sitar, harmonium and flute narayan's voice  orchestrated.
Narayan Gopal belongs to the first generation where the nepali music got commercialization. And Narayan Gopal brought revolution in the music market. Narayan  Gopal songs have also been used in different occasion of the country like dramas and other events across the country.





Narayan  Gopal was born on Kathmandu on a newar family. Gopal's father's name was Ram Gopal Guruwacharya and mother Asha Devi Guruwacharya.Gopal had five brothers and six sisters. Gopal was one fo the brilliant student he passed SLC is 2016 B.S and did bachlore level in Art degree in Humanities. And later Narayan Gopa did more studies related to music in abroad i.e. India and retured home without completing his education and marred in 19171 with Pemala Lama.


Narayan Gopal is one of the most legendary singer of our country. Narayan Gopal is one of the great singer and most talented person.
